I’ve had so many friends ask for a quick and stylish look that works for everyone, so I thought I would share an easy, but stylish look that’s inexpensive.
white t-shirt + skinny jeans + scarf + these booties (under $30!)
Most women I know have jeans and a basic white t-shirt. Add a scarf that has some color and pattern, cute booties, and BOOM. You have a cute, yet comfortable, outfit! This also works with any boots or some white converse sneakers. Never underestimate the power of a white t-shirt.
*Secret style tip: Have a t-shirt that is too thin/see through? Instead of wearing a cami or tank underneath (you can see them, or they don’t match an irregular hem), I layer two of the same shirts to maintain the same silhouette with more opacity. Take this shirt for example, the hem on the side goes up and no tank or cami will match that, so when I layer another of the same shirt underneath- and tada! I have an opaque shirt! No see-through issues! Obviously this isn’t a solution to EVERY shirt you have, but I often purchase two of the same shirt for favorite t-shirts so that if one is dirty, or gets stained, I have a replacement.
