Although St. Patrick’s Day is not a huge holiday, it’s still a fun one to celebrate. I’ve always loved embracing my Irish heritage by wearing a little green on St. Patrick’s Day. If you want to take a minute to learn about this fantastic holiday, you can always read the history here. Here are some current green items on my wishlist along with a few of my favorites already in my closet. Below that, are my favorite crafts and activities to do with your kids to help get them into the spirit!

I had someone once tell me that I would enjoy holidays even more once I had kids. They were absolutely right! I wasn’t someone who celebrated the smaller holidays before, but now I love them! Any chance we can do something fun with Alexander we jump on it. I can’t wait to try some of these fun activities with him!

I Heart Crafty things came up with the CUTEST finger puppets!
This could get messy, but it’s too cute! From Creative Ramblings.
Leprechaun King cuteness from Kids Activities Blog

I may have Alexander help me make these adorable rice crispies treats (from I Heart Naptime) to take to work! I cannot handle the cuteness! (Also, they’re easy- which I am totally on board with!)

Do you guys do anything special for St. Patrick’s Day?
