Happy Hump Day friends!!! I’ve had so many requests to film this, but hadn’t had the time to do it- so here is my brief explanation of how I whiten my teeth at home and why I think it’s the best. (It also happens to be pretty cost effective!)

Here is a close up of the before and after picture. It’s not a drastic change because I whiten my teeth every few months or so, but it’s enough that I notice it in pictures.
