Friday Favorites

Happy Good Friday to you! I’m so excited to finally have another Friday Favorites post and I have so many beauty favorites for you! It’s been a rainy week here, so I’ve been inside drinking a lot of tea, listening to classical music, and splashing in puddles with Alexander. 😉 

This morning scrub + face wash is my new go-to in order to prep my skin properly before applying makeup. (I alternate days using this with my normal cleanser.)

I swapped out my eyebrow pencil for this one. (Well, the same brand, new shade!)

I’ve gone back to double cleansing my face at night and this oil cleanser is AMAZING. It smells great, breaks down your makeup, and helps really clean everything off so your regular cleanser can work better. Korean beauty experts (they strive for FLAWLESS skin) swear by this two-step process.

Speaking of skin, I got this trial sized trio of OLEHENRIKSEN little wonders and they are GREAT! My skin is already responding to them and it feels brighter, tighter, and evener.

This dress (swoon) arrived yesterday and it is getting worn either to my friend Meeghan’s wedding tomorrow (I’m her day-of wedding coordinator!) or to Easter on Sunday. (Which I’m hosting for my entire family.) Either way, I am PUMPED. It’s 40% off!

The new house has presented some challenges with our old (large) vacuum and I’ve been researching the stick variety to help me clean quicker on the main level. This Dyson is not only on sale- but they will let you use the 20% off coupon!!!! Normally it’s a $600 vacuum and we got it for $360. Our old huge Dyson still works well, but it’s a BEAST to lug up and down stairs, so this is an awesome solution. (I actually high fived the cashier when she said the coupon would work.) Apparently, it won’t work on the newest model- the V10, but I don’t need that. Anyhoodle, if you’ve been eyeing one, now is the time to get it!!

I also found this rug for our deck and I use these suckers to attach it to the deck so it doesn’t blow away. GRANTED, I used 3 packs (no lie), but it is SOLIDLY on there. Win win! Take THAT Kansas wind!!!
